Description

Income tax; temporary protective enclosures for oysters tax credit. Provides an individual income tax credit, for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2009, up to $500 for taxpayers who purchase and use temporary protective enclosures for oysters when cultivating oysters beside or under their piers.
