This bill was discussed on the floor of the General Assembly. Below is all of the video that we have of that discussion, 1 clip in all, totaling 8 minutes.

Maya McGregor writes:

This bill has been failed? Why? I am a 11 year old child and my father, grandfather, and grandmother smokes. I am at the risk of getting second-hand smoke disease. It is proven that inhaling second-hand smoke is the same as smoking 10 cigarettes. That is worst then smoking then just smoking.

Shane Allin writes:

Why do you need to smoke in a car anyways? It is very disgusting.

Jordan Weiss writes:

I am also an 11 year old child that has relatives that smoke. Smoking is a disgusting habit and no one likes being around it. Some people think that it does not matter because the kids are not smoking but second hand smoking has the same effect as first-hand smoking.
