Ronald N Quasebarth writes:

Absolutely not, we don't need more intrusion in the lives of everyday citizens trying hard to properly raise their children by what may be "woke" school teachers and administrators. If you want a program, initiate a larger discussion with the citizenry of the state and listen to what average parents have to say, please.

Scott Hawes writes:

This is a gross violation of people's right to privacy, and will lead to child abuse. Outing children to parents or guardians that are not tolerant of their identity will endanger those children. The specific exclusion of this group of children from subsection B indicates that the writers of this amendment fully support the potential abuse of children by their parents in such cases.

Christine Edwards writes:

This is one of many bills circulating right now by right-wingers to make life for transgender kids even harder than it has been. There is no need for it other than the “need” for politicians to play to the backlash from those who hate and fear differences. Shame on you, “Virginia is for haters”!
